You need to appear in WBJEE 2027. On the basis of your rank in the Entrance Exam, your 10th marks, and your 12th marks, a composite Score is calculated. Based on this score, you will receive guaranteed Cash Rewards, and the top score holders will be selected to teach and guide junior students online as Mentors.

If you are selected as a Mentor, the remuneration will be a minimum of Rs. 500 per hour up to Rs. 1,000 per hour (based on student feedback and ratings). You don't need to commute anywhere — classes are conducted live online from your laptop or phone. Furthermore, even if you choose not to join as a mentor, you still keep the full rank-based Cash Reward!
