What you need to do?
You need to appear in WBJEE 2025 (which will be held on 27th April, 2025). On the basis of your Rank in the Entrance Exams you will be selected to teach or guide students (as a Mentor) who are preparing for WBJEE 2026.
What will be my benefit?
If you are selected as a Mentor, the renumeration will be minimum Rs. 500 per hour to Rs. 1,500 per hour (based on student’s feedback).
And for this, you don’t need to go anywhere. You can teach or guide students through online live classes.
Not only this, even if you don’t want to join as a Mentor, there are huge Cash Rewards for your effort.
How to get the Cash Rewards for my effort?
Based on your

- Rank in WBJEE 2025
a Score will be calculated. Based on this Score, Cash Rewards will be given.

How to apply?
Submit the Registration Form with all the required details. Upload all the required documents for successful registration.
Is there any Registration Fee to be paid?
NO, there is no Registration Fee to be paid by you.
Do I need to fill up WBJEE 2025 Application Form?
NO, based on the details and documents submitted by you, we will fill up the application form of WBJEE 2025.
How I will get to know whether my Application for WBJEE 2025 is filled up successfully?
Once we fill up the application form of WBJEE 2025, Confirmation Page will be sent to your WhatsApp number.
How I will get to know where is my Examination Centre?
Once WBJEE Admit Card is generated (most probably in the month of April), we will send your Admit Card to your WhatsApp number.
Will I get any travelling cost to reach Examination Centre?
YES, if you request us (through given Whatsapp Number), you will get travelling cost (up to Rs. 500) for reaching Examination Centre. This cost will be sent to your Google Pay or PhonePe Number on the next day of the Exam, once you send us details of the Travelling cost and photo of your Exam Paper.
What if I do not appear in Examination?
Nothing to worry, in case you do not appear in Examination. You have not paid any Registration Fee, so nothing to lose. However, you will not be eligible for Cash Rewards or Mentorship.
How can I check WBJEE 2025 Rank?
You can check your Rank in official website of WBJEE (most probably in the month of May or June) or we will send your Rank Card to your WhatsApp number.
When I will get my Cash Reward?
We need to verify your Educational Marksheets, which will take some time. However, you can expect the Cash Reward will be distributed within 2 months of the Rank declaration of WBJEE.
How I will get my Cash Reward?
You need to visit MYWBUT office (in Sector-5, Salt Lake, Kolkata) with any Photo ID Card or College ID Card to collect your Cash Reward. You can collect your Reward anytime within 3 months.
I want to teach or guide aspirants of WBJEE as a Mentor. How will I get to know whether I am selected for the job or not?
Top 50 score holders will be offered this job and will be intimated through an offer letter, which will be sent to youe Email ID. If someone rejects the offer letter, next 50 top score holders will be intimated through the offer letter.
Is there any other terms or conditions?
Yes, as you are already studying in a College / University, you can't attend WBJEE Counselling process of WBJEE 2025.
